Order Acceptance
2.An email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order. TheFurnitureLand.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. The acceptance of any order requires the verification of the information provided by a client.
Errors
3.Price and availability may change without prior notice. TheFurnitureLand.com is not responsible for pricing or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel any order arising from such errors.
Depending on individual monitor settings, actual color may vary.
Warranties
4.TheFurnitureLand.com supports the manufacturer's warranty. The information on this Web site is accurate an reliable, but because it comes from the different sources it is provided "AS IS."
5.This Web site is operated by TheFurnitureLand.com from its offices in New Hope, Minnesota, USA.
6.All items on our Web site is in brand-new condition, and come with the full manufacturer's warranty. On all returns we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges. We charge a 25% restocking fee and we will need to deduct our actual shipping charges from your return credit.
Shipping and Delivery :
7.TheFurnitureLand.com ships anywhere in the continental United States. Currently we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We cannot deliver to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or personal mail boxes.
Shipping Dates:
8.Please note: The shipping times we quote are estimates, not guarantees. When it comes to order times we are depending on the factory to provide us with the estimated ship date. If we find that there's going to be an unusual delay for your order, we will notify you. We will not accept responsibility for delays in shipments caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Out of Stock/Back-order Products:
9.In some cases items will be back ordered and out of stock. You will be notified with estimated delivery time. We cannot give out exact delivery dates since we are waiting for these products from the factories.
Transit Time:
10.On average, most large items take 7 to 21 days in transit from the time it ships, not from the time its ordered. Most deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. We cannot give out exact delivery dates, we only can tell you when your order will or has shipped. The delivery service will contact you to give you your exact delivery date and time.
Shipping Options:
11.Free Shipping - most items are delivered "curb side" only, they will not be brought inside of your home.
The free delivery (most areas) includes:
Notification 1 to 2 days prior to the delivery. The delivery service will contact you to set up a day and time that is good for you. You will then schedule the delivery and they will provide you with a delivery number and a phone number. If you need to reschedule or you are not going to be home please call the delivery service and notify them. Please note if a delivery is scheduled and nobody is at home there will be a $130.00 redelivery fee. So please if you schedule a delivery and can’t be at home, call the delivery service, do not call The Furniture Land .
TheFurnitureLand.com offers free delivery on all of our items to most areas of the United States.
The free delivery does not include our "White Glove Service".
"White Glove Service" is optional & $200 delivery charge is applied which includes delivery of all products to inside of your home and placement in the room of your choice. This service does not include the furniture set up in most cases. We will get the product inside your home but it is your responsibility to unpack and assemble it if needed.
12.IN THE EVENT THE FURNITURE DOES NOT FIT INTO THE ROOM OR INTO THE HOUSE, THE DELIVERY SERVICE WILL NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION FROM TheFurnitureLand.com. IN THIS CASE THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FREIGHT COST BOTH WAYS AND A 25% RESTOCKING FEE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellation Policy
13.All orders are special orders for our clients.
After you place an order, we initiate the sequence of events which results in the receiving of the product of your choice. Since all of our products are custom ordered, at the beginning at this process TheFurnitureLand.com and its client become financially responsible to purchase and pay for the ordered product. If your order is not shipped we can help you in the processing of the cancellation of your order. If your order has been prepared for the shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer it cannot be cancelled. Even if the tracking number is not available to us or you at the time you request cancellation of your order, it might actually be already too late to cancel. Throughout the ordering process you will be prompted to check the box reading: "I agree in full to terms and conditions of sale by TheFurnitureLand.com" . By checking this box you agree to accept in full all terms and conditions listed on TheFurnitureLand.com including our Cancellation Policy and such acceptance will be client’s legal signature.
Return Policy
14.If your order has arrived but you do not want to accept it for any reason you have 2 business days after delivery to notify us. Please call us at 763-222-5531 immediately and we will arrange the pick up. No orders will be accepted back without prior authorization by TheFurnitureLand.com. The refund for your order in the full amount of your order less all delivery charges and a 25% restocking fee (to accept the return of the item by the manufacturer) will be processed to you after the item is received back by the warehouse.
Even all items are sold as "Free delivery" items, the actual delivery costs will be taken into the account when the refund for such item is processed. You will be notified by e-mail with all the costs involved for your return. Please, do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
All returned items must be in original condition and manufacturer's packaging, otherwise, the returned item cannot be accepted. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back, for example, mattresses. If you want to know whether a product can be returned, please call us at 763-222-5531
Damaged Items
15.If any damages to your items occur please inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery and note all comments on damage on the bill of lading. We also ask our clients to photograph the damages. Contact us immediately by calling at 763-222-5531 and e-mailing the photographs of damages to info@thefurnitureland.com. If the damages are not promptly and fully noted and reported, we might not be able to assist customer with later claims. We reserve the right to repair furniture in client’s home or accept return for repair and/or replacement. We also expect our clients to accept delivery appointment for any repairs or replacement furniture to complete the order process.
